Hullo, Can you please explain what was wrong with your deck hull joint and how did you fix it. My contessa 26's deck hull joint is leaking everywhere. Thanks
1. Removed the wooden toe rails. 2. Inspected the joint between hull and deck. 3. I cleaned it where the join was cracked or deteriorated. 4. I refilled the joint with epoxy mixed with silica particles. 5. Made new wooden rails and fixed them with a sealant on the top of the joint.
I hope it will help you. It is a lot of work indeed.
